Louisiana Cultural Vistas magazine has, for decades, published the work of great Louisiana photographers. Now a new podcast brings the views of these artists to your earbuds. “The Frame: A Louisiana Photography Podcast” is hosted by photographer and educator Zack Smith.
In the first episode, recorded live at the Louisiana Humanities Center (LHC), Smith talks with Pableaux Johnson, a New Orleans-based photographer, journalist, and author of three books on Louisiana food culture. Click here to listen.
“The Frame” is made possible through a grant from the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation. Next up: Smith interviews Josephine Sacabo on April 20 at the LHC.
